Laminations Only On Circulated Coins?

Is it that lamination's metal weakness is not revealed until the coin has circulated? Or do MS lamination examples exist? Report this Post to the Staff

Do a web image search for " Morgan dollar Lamination." It returned lots of slabbed coins. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! I had decided to photograph it and after doing that , was putting it back in its flip and heard a ping sound. I just knew that I had ruined my lam but this was the result.
