Alright guys, I posted a coin on the World coin errors and variety forum on our site. I can't describe what I've never before on any coin foreign or American minted. I need some help so if any of you guys want to go over and take a look, your insight is appreciated.

Chase, with it being a Belgium coin I didn't know whether it would be allowed on this forum.
