2014 P Roosevelt Dime/Die Deterioration?

Skippy72 Valued Member United States 447 Posts	Posted 09/06/2019 2:30 pm Good afternoon everyone. I am pretty sure this is Die Deterioration and it was common in the years 2014 15 and 16, so I read. I believe it is a strikethrough on Roosevelt's head I am not positive maybe it is a counter clash I don't know that's why I figured you guys would set me straight on this. And is there any doubling?
