Was happy to see this one pop up in the bunch of error coins. A nice double clip like this, on a coin this nice, will drop into the collection nicely. 1945-P Jefferson nickel double clipped planchet

Interesting distortion to the bottom of the letters of LIBERTY. Is that from not enough metal to fill out the die?

IMO it's NOT a clipped planchet. With clips of that size the Blakesley Effect would be MUCH more prominent. AND the Blakesley Effect would show up on BOTH sides of the coin.

Coin shows excellent blakesley effect. I am not in doubt that it is legit. But I welcome all comments as sometimes someone sees something important that has been missed and so questioning legitimacy is a good thing.
