Looking for help regarding my Indian princess coin witch has a very faint C in America written around the coin. Is this wear and worn or is it a printing error..any help would be great.

It looks like one. I believe it was probably Struck Through Grease.

A pretty little girl. The light areas of strike, as above, is grease in the die when the coin was struck.

It doesn't really add or subtract value.

I'm just getting into gold, but the color seems a bit off/dull. Texture seems a little 'rough', no?
