Small dig above 'God' in the motto, small scratch in field between 'UNITED' and wing.
Slight cameo thinning of the patina on the high points.
Some remaining luster under the patina.
Breast feathers sharply struck up.

Needs to be slabbed to protect from handling.

PF-64.
Rest in Peace

I would definitely send it off to PCGS or NGC to be graded/ encapsulated. I am however on the fence about the toning.

PCGS worthy without question. I'd go one higher, PF65. Please share with us once you decide.

Icg? I mean, I can't say money well spent. PCGS or NGC are necessary for Morgan Proofs.

it got PR60 Details Artificial Toning it sat in a vault for 38 years why would it be considered artificial? One of the graders told me he believed it was a solid PF62 but got out weighed by the other 2 graders I was told to try NGC then PCGS. Should I try NGC or will they probably say the same thing and if they considered it artificial should I just dip the coin?

Don't dip it! I was concerned about the toning of it, but it's still not bad. NGC or PCGS would sell easier, but you must likely would get the same grade. It boils down to this. Do you plan to sell? Get it sent to one of the big two. You plan to keep it? Keep it how it is. Just my 2c.

Definitely don't dip it. The toning looks borderline market acceptable, and it wouldn't hurt to get it re-graded by PCGS or NGC. Even if it comes back AT again, it's still a very attractive coin.
