Note the last two digits on the right side of the digits. That is what to look for. Note on the '8' how the outer look is wider than the inner loop? That is what to look for on these. (Look only at the device, not the fields as an altered field is Die Deterioration, not a doubled die.

Heavy Die Deterioration plus Die Deterioration Doubling. Not a Doubled Die. A legitimate Doubled Die doesn't look like this.
