Just Machine Doubling. Note the right side of the building. That is show classic Machine Doubling. Not a doubled die. After the strike the machine altered the devices on that side of the devices. Not an enlargement of the devices, but a reduction of the devices.

Best way to find a doubled die, it to look at listings of doubled dies. Then you will start to see what happen during the hubbing process to create the doubling on the die. Machine Doubling is most often affected on normal dies, then altered after the strike. But Machine Doubling can also happen on a doubled die. MD is caused after the strike and alters the devices. On a doubled die, the doubling is on the die.
