Good afternoon. This coin stuck out as soon as I got it with change. Looking closer, "LIBERTY" flowed Southeast across the obverse. The reverse looks like it was struck more than once in places? I don't know...

Those are older fingerprints. The salt on the fingers transfers to the coin, then eats the surface slowly. Making a discoloration on the surface of the coin.
