Not valuable in that condition except sentimental Indian Head cents are fairly rare in the wild. In my experience approximately 1 out of 150-200k searched. I've found one or two myself and usually send one that's been dug like yours appears to have been. A 1903 is what I see keeper if you choose a practice coin for cleaning experiments or send it back to make someone else's day

It was probably green and dark at one time and someone altered the surface. The clue? The color. Copper tends to turn pink when they are cleaned with an acidic dip.
