I got the email. It arrived at the Tampa distribution center so it's at least moving. Hopefully it gets on a plane today to Chicago.

Mine arrived at Tampa Wednesday with no movement since. I signed up for the text alerts so I wouldn't have to keep checking. No text means no movement

In case some has not noticed, but tomorrow marks the One month anniversary since the 2019-S went on sale. I received notice that one of the four coins submitted with my 2019-S is eligible for conservation by NGC, I accepted their offer, so I presume that my entire submission will be delayed because of this extra step. The coin being conserved is a 2011P RP This has provided me with many hours of entertainment.

Mine departed Tampa this morning so I'm guessing they're running express registered mail flights to Chicago.

You don't get real time tracking with registered mail. The system generates things automatically that may or may not be accurate. You don't know what's accurate for a day or two later

Someone on another forum claims sales of this coin are at 29773. Said it's current because he'd called the week before and was told it was 29775. Does the mint give sales figures over the phone?

The us mint has a weekly sales and production report as of every Sunday and scheduled to be published every Tuesday.
The last weekly report was 11/03
I emailed the us mint and they responded that they were changing the personnel responsible for the report.

At this point anything under 30k was just a delivery issue and I can't imagine any situation where they don't just resell them. I doubt there's still 200+ getting prepped for resale

Quote: Exactly...my shipments have gone from "Departed Tampa" to "out for delivery" and zip in between Same. It's usually not until after delivery that the real tracking appears. It's almost impossible to get the PO to tell you where the package actually is during shipment too even with ID when the package is clearly for you.

I put up a poll dealing with the 2019S ERP ASE. If you get a chance, go by and vote. Thanks. Edit: Corrected link

You don't know what's accurate for a day or two later I've actually had decent luck in at least getting close to accurate tracking info with the registered packages so far (usually info updates same day at the very least). When I sent the coin to NGC, the tracking was pretty decent (and it moved fairly quickly for being a registered package), and I doubt they'd say the coin departed a sorting facility unless it really did. I will add the caveat that I sent it Priority and it's coming back to me priority. When I sent something registered, but first class, a few years ago, the tracking was essentially worthless.

A funny thing happened to my submission to PCGS. I sent in 2 ERP ASEs in the same box. I obviously opened up both boxes, inserted them both into one of the original boxes, took out my paper work and shipped them to PCGS. On my submission form I did not request the COAs to be slabbed since I had already opened the boxes and thought you could not slab the COAs if you opened the boxes. But according to my order when I look at on line, they slabbed both of the COAs.

Interesting....did they charge you for the COA slabs?

Don't know? Is that something I can see on their website or do I need to check my CC statement on line?
