Quote: Never once has my attorney had to site case law and never once has case law been used in a decision. It's almost guaranteed precedent was refereed somewhere even if it was something as simple as "the courts have long held". Quote: Again, case law is used when the written law isn't clear or isn't specific enough. It in no way trumps written law. Precedent is the application of written law, I'm not sure why you seem to think they aren't related or at odds with each other. Quote: You've made statements that are just factually incorrect, so I'm just wanting to set the record straight for anyone who cares.
We aren't the ones making incorrect statements. Quote: What we're talking about here is basic to state, federal and even foreign law. I do business in China and India. The same principals even apply there. Again no they don't they are all different animals. State law is different than federal law and international law is largely irrelevant and rarely used except by the Supreme Court justifying things that basically aren't addressed or very vague. What India and China do couldn't possibly be more irrelevant

Quote: SO a PCGS FS 68 sells for $1525 and a few hours prior a PCGS FS 69 sold for $1399
Makes sense to me... That's basically no reserve ebay auctions in a nutshell ever since they started hiding listings from people. Not every buy can see every listing no matter how they filter it. I don't think anything positive has come from that other than favoring some sellers over others.

Maybe I'll get a 67 back and sell it for $5000

So the question I'm facing is to hold on to them or let great collections sell them.

Just got the finalized, imaged, shipped notice. I want to get the tracking number but I don't think I can pull it from my phone without seeing the grade on the mobile version.

Lowest minted ASE plus only a handful with a 68 grade might appeal to some.

Had I been able to acquire three I would had kept one raw, sent two for grading and then sold one of the graded ones. I guess you could still have that but at the prices these are going for I understand your dilemma. IMO, having one of these is neat but having more than one is way cool.

Highest graded Lowball Not many coins graded from a country where no one is really sure what the pricing should be. Even with that one it generally really only applies when it's the top pop and significantly higher than the others that have been graded.

Ok, I didn't see a tracking number so I decided I couldn't wait to see....... The gamble to have it graded paid off.

I can't see the post office letting these sit idle for too long. With this being the busiest part of the holiday shipping season, I would assume they're moving packages a little quicker, including registered. I will say, signing up for text alerts from USPS has made me a little less manic in wanting to check for updates for an incoming package since they're pretty good at texting an update when something changes.

I'd honestly expect it to be the opposite and registered to sit longer given that they take more time to handle/process and the system already being stressed from normal shipments. I would assume they aren't going to let any of the seasonal employees handle registered packages.

mrpapageorgio Congrats on the 70 grade Tracking number is in the shipping email... Mine also left Thursday just after midnight and is "in transit" with no updates....which, I should add, is normal for registered. They always seem to ship on Thursdays and I usually get them the next Wednesday or Thursday 1993Z: That's my goal: two 70's and a 69 ...or maybe a 67
