Hard to judge the surfaces with much of the coin overexposed in the photos. There's a worrisome area to the right of the eagle, and some heavy bag marks on the reverse. Can't even say for sure that it's uncirculated. I wouldn't take a chance with those photos.

$50 ain't that bad. I'd offer $40 and see if they'll take. Personally I don't buy morgans under 65 because bag marks and cheek scratches infuriate me.

Smart persons ask before they buy, as you often do.

It's mid level MS, maybe 63, although glare makes it tough to be certain.

A good buy at $40.

I'd still rather see you look for a nice 64. The quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten, as a famous retailer once said.
