I will try to make this quick ! The following pics are from a Kodak EasyShare DX7630 / 6.1 meg pix. not bad but takes crappy pics up close (the first picture with no gadget). the following will be in order....How I took it and then the result. here's what I had to work with (you might find something similar) 1.Old projection lens from TV (take it apart and you have 2 magnifying lenses.....2. A Meade MA25mm eye piece for telescope (turned upside-down)...3. A 2X Barlow lens (for extreme closeups) ....4. A Kodak that needs glasses .
I have build a bracket for the camera but didn't use it for the pics (to speed things up) The little bit of blur goes away using it. OH...and don't forget the tape! ( it holds the eyepiece to the camera lens, If it happens to fit almost perfectly like mine).....Good Luck and I will be waiting to see other gadgets.

Pretty cool. Here's a quick rig! My little 5 MP Pentax on the macro setting through a 10x loupe and a steady hand. The pic is of die polish marks on the back of a Bicentennial half.
