Probably 18/19th century by the look of the hangers at the back. Can you read the words at the bottom?

I try it to read it but it is almost indecipherable, only te last part of the last word "siimatort", the hangers of the back are added later .

When I have to deal with a plaque like this, I will take the best picture I can of just the words and play with the pic in a photo editor. Sometimes tweaking this or that will bring out something you didn't know was there. Also, never underestimate a good, old fashioned, pencil rubbing!
