Hi folks :)

I've had this a long time and I've never been able to identify it. The only thing on it is $50 and EL PATIO, and stamped into it is number 367. The paper that was in the flip said "Believed to be from Caribbean area. $50 Pesos".

It is likely a gambling chip for one of the casino's on the islands. Some of the Euro casinos for certain tables games, like baccarat Have numbered tokens . When it is a high stakes game

It's my guess that, gathering from the source, that this is maybe sixty or more years old.
