The corrosion has destroyed any numismatic value. At best, maybe 50 cents.

To CCF , first of all you need to straighten out your photos so they come out right side up . 2nd , that IHC is beat almost beyond recognition . Mostly corroded . Value $.35 .Maybe .

I would throw it away for the good of the hobby, or put it a roll of 1 cent coins.

No collector would pay for this when they can get a sound version for $1.
