The strike just seems too perfect, I have not seen one quite like tbis. Anyway, really interesting ans was hoping for some help with it.
It is a good size indent, some wear on Elizabeth, other lettering seems okay.
Had some fun tring to resize the pics, hope they turned out.

The lettering appears to be quite damaged.
Not an error.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

It is done when the coins are put in what is called a shot gun roll, the ends are folded in and some times it leaves a mark.
