These are alot shinier brighter 90 pennies than the other ones I've seen are these the 90 no s ?

These appear to all be common 1990 business strike cents that were made in Philadelphia.

They are not the rare 1990 no S PROOF cents that were struck in San Francisco with a die that was missing the S mint mark.
