Not sure if it's limited or what just can't find one like it my uncle gave it to me. Looks gorgeous obverse gold plated?

These specimens were enhanced and colored/plated after it was released to public by a third party, although very attractive and colorful, it appeals to certain collectors, this type enhancement is seen on other denominations, One in particular is the Quarter.

And it adds NOTHING to the value of the coin, it will greatly reduce the value if the coin has a numismatic premium.

As to the "Limited Edition", since it was colorized by an outside third party and not an official government organization, the "Limit" was probably however many he was able to sell.

Like others have said, its been colorized by someone after it left the mint. It is actually worth less than the normal ones
