An odd diagonal stripe with visible line running through horses rear and fence. Clad issue or PSD?

Looks like a stain of some sort,not missing clad.

I agree with john1. there could have been a tape or a strip of other object sitting atop the area in question for sometime and stained it the way it is today. It is now considered damage.

To me, it appears to be staining from a giant wheel mark.

@CoinHI, yes good question as that stripe is a little odd. I agree that it just a surface stain though.
