Not sure what I'm looking at. Possible error? On the obverse side there appears to be a crack near the top where one end of the crack is slightly elevated than the rest of the coin. On the reverse side the coin is spotted with silver and a greenish color like rusted copper. Any ideas fellas? Much appreciated and always a pleasure. Thanks

Ah yes the foolish Kentucky Spotted Hunter sitting and waiting in the brush for the Elusive Tasty Snipe Bird to step out in to the field so he can bag it, He shall not be successful with his hunt. Everyone knows ya hunt snipe at night with a bag a flashlight and a big stick to hit it with sitting in the field, I have not yet been lucky enough to bag one, came close but I forgot my stick so he got away. But I shall keep trying.... ....

Looks like some type of sticky residue of some kind. Try giving a soak in Acetone, and see if it will come off?

I kinda feel stupid for questioning it considering I'm new to this but wont acetone damagae the coin completely? I went ahead and did a rinse of warm water and some soap but it did nothing and coin still looks the same.
