No. The designation APPARENT means the note has a major distraction or flaw, in this case edge splits. muddyknuckles Valued Member United States 272 Posts	Posted 09/25/2019 10:59 am Although I dont collect them and dont know much about confederate currency I'd have to say spring on it if that's where your interests are. I'm not sure if there are population reports with these Bills or not but given the low serial number worst case scenario you can always upgrade later I've found that It sucks to later regret not purchasing items which become unavaliable.
