Wasn't able to find an exact die match, but I suspect this is not a genuine example. It's overall appearance don't look right.

Fake I'm afraid - as Echizento said, it looks like one, which can seem like a bit of an intangible quality, but there are signs. For one, a strike that solid should not have such poor definition in the hair (etc) - the other sign is the surfaces. Authentic coins almost never look like this, but this is how fakes often tend to look.

More to the point is the style. It does indeed look like a cross between Tiberius and Titus/Vespasian - the bust is off, it isn't right for who it is supposed to be. The reverse is supposed to be a goat being milked, but the bucket isn't even under the goat, and the goat is in the wrong place compared to authentic examples -or, I suppose, the milker's hands are in the wrong place. The nail in the coffin is the seat - in the authentic coins, the milker sits on a pile of rocks, while in yours they sit on a curule chair, a symbol of power. Simply put, this goat herder is sat on a chair he isn't allowed to sit in, milking a goat who is too far away into a bucket he hasnt put under the goat.
