Hi. I recently purchased a Byzantine coin with the provenance of "ex ZP Collection". I have found that ZP was from Austria and seemingly active until fairly recently, but little else.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thx.

from another site - member commented: "I think Z P is a collector who consigned his/her coins to Roma Numismatics and wants to preserve some anonymity. This practice is not unusual"

Best reference I can find. Good hunting for more info.

Ok thanks @scopru!

Added: and now that I have access to additional provenance, I can see that somewhere between the Roma Numismatics sale and the Pegasi sale, someone has smoothed out a patch of minor graffiti.
