This silver square coin I purchased long time ago. I do not exactly sure about it is a Akbar coin. So please help me here to make sure it is authentic or not. Also I want to know more about it.

@mv, first welcome to CCF. Second, can you please post a weight and size for this piece? I'm pretty sure that you are correct about it being Akbar of the Mughals (AH 916), but I'm going to ask the mods to move this thread to an area where we can get some eyeballs on this who should be able to help.

Not a coin.
It is a silver Temple Token after the style of the square rupees of Akbar.
Nevertheless, still quite collectible, and numismatically interesting.
