Looks like it needs a good ultrasonic cleaning to remove the crud.

Once it's cleaned look for any markings or inscriptions.

My guess is some kind of religious ceremonial ring.

Thx I fear to clean it cause that can destroy the item. I can see some thing the but cannot understand the letters.

An ultrasonic cleaning will not destroy that ring .
