Hello all. I am new to the Coin World so I am not too familiar with the acronyms I have seen on here. I came across this quarter with some irregularities on the back. Ideas what they could be?

To CCF! You have a Quarter minted from the Philadelphia Mint. Unfortunately, the reverse shows damage from normal circulation wear and tear. PSD (Post Strike Damage).

How do we know it is PSD? (Post Strike Damage) Note the 'E' on Quarter? See the center of the 'E' is spreading where the flowing of the devices are altered after the strike. Not a keeper. (unless for an educational piece to show new collectors)

How do we know it was minted in Philadelphia ? We don't, All US coin types from the years 1965, 66 and 67 were minted without a mintmark.
