 Very nice off center strike  It +50% off-center which is a plus  but it's missing the date  definitely worth more than face.

Great offcenter!
How do offcenters like that get into circulation? Coin rolling machines would reject them so they must enter circulation via other methods. Do some businesses get loose, freshly minted coins by the bag rather than in roll form?

I would attempt to protect the offset strike from exposure to the atmosphere, otherwise in 15 years it will look like a glob of corroded junk. To bad it's not a copper cent.
