@cheetah, yikes, this is the second thread of yours that got buried without receiving a positive identification. Other than bumping this thread up to the top by adding this remark, I'm afraid that I can't help you very much with an ID. I will say that those powdery bluish-green spots might be bronze disease, and if so, then this coin should be quarantined (social distanced?) from your other coins.
