Bought some dirty Roman coins. I think this is a theodosius coin but not sure. Trying also to figure out what it's worth. Thanks for any replies!

Nice, easy to read legends. Thankfully! DN THEODOSIVS PF AVG - the DN, PF and AVG are (abbreviated) titles, it's the THEODOSIVS that counts. The reverse is the common "Vows" type. Mint city (SMH) is Heraclea. This is a better than average example. Size (in millimeters) might help a little with value...bigger is better :-)
