Denarius pictured has a Latin legend, not a Greek legend.
Egyptian Alexandria was a Roman Colony, and struck tetradrachms, with Greek legends.

So this coin could not have been minted in Alexandria.

Your specimen would seem to conform precisely to RIC 208 (RSC 278, Sear 5654), and as such wouldn't be regarded as having originated in Alexandria. Nice coin, though, with a vibrant portrait.
