Those letters are the only elements of the coin with doubling, a good indicator of it being Machine Doubling.

Also your specimen is a Philadelphia issue, which until 1980, coins minted there had no mintmark, yours not having one is standard for the time.

to CCF...1965/66 and 67 all US coins were without mint marks...Keep asking any and all questions you have, we all started at the beginning...
