I Believe this is a greek coin, possibly Commodus? It looks like the reverse says something like "KIAN ON"? Thanks for your help!

KIANΩN would be Kios/Cius (Prusias ad Mare) Bithynia, I believe. Hygieia reverse?

The figure on reverse does appear to be Hygieia, the Greek equivalent of Salus, holding a snake. KIANΩN is the city name Kιος in the gentitive plural meaning "of the Chians" or "of the people of Chios". This type is not listed in RPC IV online. You might consider submitting it as a possible "discovery coin".
