This is the best condition I have come across and it also looks like it might have a DDO on it. Looks like extra thickness on all lettering and marks on LIBERTY. Any help on if it is a double die or what the grading is on it, would be much appriciated. Thanks :)
I don't see any double die, and the coin looks nice because it has been harshly cleaned. I would throw it in with the rest of your wheats. Keep hunting!

Always a good idea to study genuine images of uncirculated coins before trying to buy them - in this case, note the lack of jaw separation on this coin compared to even an EF example.
