@norris, first welcome to CCF. Second, both of these nickels appear to me to be heavily damaged, such as from spending time on a parking lot. What errors are you seeing with the coins in hand?

to CCF. Sorry but the coins you are displaying are worth face value. They have extensive PSD and are not the speared Buffalo variety. Keep looking though.
I agree that it def looks like a abused coin picked up from being outside for years, but this coin has been in a framed retirement gift for my grandpa back in 2005, along with other collective n newly issued 2005 coins of the time. This waz the only coin in the group to blister and deteriorate like u see here... Reminds me of what happens with paint if a oily substance is left on whatever your painting, and doesn't allow the paint to adhere properly.. I'll try to use a better camera and post a better pic..
