The edge is too smooth and I don't see the normal damage on the obverse and reverse images, but it is just a damaged coin. PSD It looks as if it was squeezed in a mechanical device. Sometimes they need to reduce the diameter of pipes so they fit into the end of another pipe or fitting. That type of device may have been used to modify the edge. You can still see some remnants of the original reeding on the edge.
