So this quarter is in very good condition but it is extremely blurry. The entire quarter is blurry. What's this called? These are not blurry pictures.

It looks like it was struck with a Very Late Stage Die. I see the tiny wavy lines pointing towards the rim, that point to this. The obverse die has struck many, many coins and was just at the end of it life. The details can look mushy or blurred on VLSD strikes.

Does the reverse of the coin have the same look?
