Wow this oo7 is exactly the same. Every letter is exactly the same looks like a carbon copy. Gonna check the die mark west of the W when I home from work! Awesome my first find!

I wonder what grade the coin would be. I acquired 50 rolls of 1970s,1972p,1972d, and 1961p all unopened uncirculated pennies from a local antique store today. I hope to make another find in one of those! Problem is the coins that are super shiny I have glare problems seeing the edges with my loupe, endoscope, and phone. You turn down the brightness then the image goes super dark orange and you cant see hardly anything. Then turning up the light makes the letter and number edges glow which makes it hard to see also. I cant find a happy median. Thanks guys I'm super excited and am now hooked!

Here is a short cut for searching 1972 cent that I discovered. Note on the '9' of the date, the images below with the arrows?:
1972-P-Lincoln-Penny-DDO?
The doubled dies have a kind of strong corner on the 10:00 area of the '9'. Look at the images on the top row? Note the normal cents do not have that. They are more rounded in that area. So this works on different examples of Class 1 doubled dies. (the ones with the rotation CCW/CW doubled dies)

If you have several coins from a specific era, check the sites to see what is listed. The images above are what to look for on the class 1 doubled dies. On the 1970 coins, there are different doubling present, that is not seen on other years. So look at at the sites for what to look for on then, plus for RPMs. Train your eyes to know what to look for.
