Trying to organize a bin full of random world coins and found this at the bottom.

Very thin, appears to be copper.
Bent and holed.
About 18 mm.
0.8g (but holed).
Has Tughra on obverse.
Reverse looks to be dated 1222 (1807)?

Might not be a real coin but I have little knowledge about these types of coins, so I have no clue.

Yes I agree that it is a so-called belly-dancer token.
