Actually it is not Struck Through Grease. Note size of the devices? They are smaller in size. If it were Struck Through Grease they would be wider or missing just like over polishing will cause from the die being over polished. These are just die events. People go gaga over them, but they are devices that were removed off the dies. This can happen on any year and on different areas around the design clashes are removed. Someday people will see them for what they are. They are common die events.
