I am here with an other question. In the attached images of 1978 Roosevelt dime, I see some other number beneath number 8? and also some irregularity on the motto and word LIBERTY.

Please let me know your opinion.

Your coin was struck with a worn out die which should have been retired long before this coin was struck with. Die Deterioration Doubling can be seen on the devices. Good observation but It's a spender
