I think as far as dings and hits go this coin could get a ms68, but the carbon spots worry me, although the other examples graded ms68 have a good amount of carbon spots too. What are your thoughts?

Some plating bubbling, but other than that flawless, only a very tiny tick in front of IN. I can't see this one below MS-67RD or even 68RD.

 with Coinfrog. Even without touching this coin, it'll blow up in a couple of years.

 You should get this coin in an airtight container or holder. Unlike copper cents which can last for up to 40 years in the wild, These zinc cents usually don't last more than a few years.
