A bee with the letters EΨ makes me think of Ephesos in Ionia.

This is the image that got me into collecting coins... I've got two of these bees tattooed on me. Definitely Ephesos. Stages on one side, bee on the other. I've got a really nice and well centered example of this. I think it's an obol.

Yes, probably an obol from Ephesos. What is less clear is the motive on the reverse... any ideas?

To me it looks like the head of Ketos, but that seems unlikely. Rather, a stag's head and palm tree seems to be a common design element on the coinage of Ephesus.
