More of an issue with circulation wear, water (Toning the coin green) and dirty surfaces. Very spendable coins. A lot of coin shops will sell BU examples for several for a dollar to have a better one for a collection.

So I'm curious, I've been looking on the internet but I wanna know for certain. Where can I get the value and also get an appraisal. How do I go about this?

Here for free. Its value, face value. Even a great coin that is a higher grade would probably not be worth having it graded. https://www.PCGS.com/cert/34045998Note on this link a MS-67 Red, value? Bottom line on the page $17.00. Why would you spend $25-$50 dollars to have a coin like this graded for a return of $17.00? Doesn't make sense to me.

I agree with Coop. It is a Wide AM as confirmed by the position of FG.

If you don't think we are telling you the facts about your coins, find a coin shop or coin show in your area, take your coins there for inspection. You'll get the same answer from them as you get here. Keep looking and please keep posting. We love seeing coins and really love it when someone post a rare coin. You'll learn what to look for with each coin posted and you'll see that we are giving our honest opinion of each coin.

You'll get the same answer from them as you get here. That's not necessarily true. If the coin shop person doesn't know errors or varieties they can't help you. If you post here on CCF,the majority rules We have several well known experts here. John1

That's very true. I've always dealt with coin shops that know and sell error and variety coins, so that never occurred to me. Thanks for the correction John1
