Looks like Machine Doubling. What makes me think that? Because these devices are reduced in size. The '5' looks like Die Deterioration is starting on that digit though. So more than one event can happen on a coin.

They might appear reduced I need to take a pic of this coin next to like 10 1995d to compare the D on God is huge compared to all the other 1995ds in the rolls I checked. I'm not saying its anything special but this one the devices are huge they might be reduced also but they certainly stand out.

I don't see anything unusual on this coin at all looks like a normal 1995 D with some Die Deterioration, keep looking though.

Looks pretty much normal to me. IGW looks like counter/wrapper machine damage to me.
