I am no expert, but this looks like a double die to me, on the IN GOD, and then it also looks like thickness of the rest of the motto. On LIBERTY and the date look like it has been smashed down some. So I wanted to get your guys opinion on if it is a true double die. Thanks :)

Unfortunately it is the victim of Machine Doubling. Not a DDO.

Machine Doubling unfortunately. Shelflike doubling is the biggest giveaway for Machine Doubling.

Circulation is more of an issue with your coin. The flattening of the devices makes them appear as larger. But the DDO is a lot more visible. Note on your coin all the devices are widened from damage the same. On the DDO, certain devices are affected:

While this coin looks like Machine Doubling, it isn't It is a DDO.

Ok thank you....I was wondering if it was doubled, just smashed down. I know circulation has damaged the coin, but is there any value to it at all?
