I Found this 1983D LMC today couldnt find it listed anywhere is this a DDR It also looks similiar to the RPM 003 on copper coins thoughts ?

Well on the three sites we often check, there are no DDRs From the Denver mint. But it pretty much like normal. The reverse die is very fresh. (Appears to be EDS) so that might be what draws your attention to it. Can't tell for sure, but the OBV also looks pretty fresh also. (I would save it for just being an earlier die state. So often the 1983 cents look pretty much beat because of die states.

The N In United I kinda thought it looked like notching that's what drew my attention

If you were real notching, then the other devices would show the same thing. But it isn't a doubled die. But a nice die state coin.
