Possible-1984-Lincoln-Cent-Error?

Hey everyone. I could use some expertise on this one. I found this penny digging through some change the other day. On the obverse it looks like a faint strike of Lincoln on the right side under the date. It is slightly tilted to the right. If the image in question were tilted back to the left it's almost an exact match to Lincoln. Around the 8 and 4 in the date you can see affected areas also from die strike. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry I couldn't get better pictures.

Note the die is aging. The devices are affected, but the fields are. So it is Die Deterioration Doubling.( DDD) If other areas were examined Liberty is affect on the left side, the motto on the tops of the devices. And on the reverse, the tops of the devices/bottoms of the devices are moving in the direction of the closest rims.
