These are from contact of the reeds from other quarters damaging this coin with the edges of the coin. (Possibly when the coins were added to the pallet bin or during other contact with coins.

So one coin cause this ? I am having problems understanding the mechanics of this since the spacing of the two tracts seems wider than a coin. So then that is the result of at least 2 Impacts ?

Two coins may have been dumped from the new roll and hit this coin, like from opening a roll into a cash register.

I respect that possibility of two coins hitting parallel to each other. If it was one line it would have been strait forward. The parallel lines was the issue with me. It seemed as though something got caught between the die and the planchette in production. Just like how some coins have staples imprinted on the coin's surface. Nevertheless the theory of two parallel impacts seems plausible.
